8. Deliveries

If, upon receipt, you refuse to make payment, resulting in the cancellation of the order, the brand shall retain all losses incurred as a consequence of the canceled order. This includes, but is not limited to, customs clearance fees already paid by the Brand and any expenses related to the recall of the shipment, such as courier charges. All costs associated with the cancellation shall be borne by you.
If your delivery address is in a remote location, such as certain outlying islands or isolated areas, we may not be able to deliver to that address. If this is the case, we will notify you before accepting your order. Please note that orders cannot be delivered to P.O. boxes or similar addresses.
If the external appearance of the package is not in perfect condition upon delivery, we kindly ask you to open it in the presence of the carrier to inspect the condition of the delivered Products. If there is any damage to the Products, please provide a specific description on the delivery note.

9. Delivery rates
Deliveries shall be processed by FedEx and/or by any other carrier, at A. A. Spectrum 光谱’s convenience.

The following rates shall apply:
   15 € for orders inferior to 200 €;
   Free of charge for orders superior or equal to 200€.

Delivery rates indicated above are set forth according to the rates of our suppliers and are subject to revision or modification from time to time.
Please be advised that the "delivery rate" mentioned here includes only shipping costs, customs clearance fees and VAT. Any additional fees, such as local taxes or other applicable charges, are solely your responsibility.

10. Payment
By validating your order, you are obligated to pay the specified price.
Payment for your purchases is facilitated through online transactions using secure systems such as PAYPAL or credit card payments.
You are required to make the full payment for the entire order in a single transaction.
Your payment card or PayPal account will be charged upon order completion.
An invoice, along with the ordered Products, will be sent to you.

11. Exchange and Return policy
Our return and exchange policy is as follows:

1. For all return/exchange products, we kindly request that they be sent back in their original packaging. Please include your name, contact information, refund amount, and a brief reason for the exchange/return, which will greatly assist us in processing your request.
2. Returns will be accepted within 7 days of your receipt of the order, provided the product is intact in its original packaging.
3. Exchanges will also be honoured within 7 days of your receipt of the order, provided the products are intact in their original packaging.
4. If the return/exchange is due to a quality issue, A. A. Spectrum 光谱will cover the shipment fee, and we kindly ask you to inform us within 7 days of receiving the order. For other returns/exchanges, the customer will be responsible for the shipping.
5. When returning an item to us, we request using standard services provided by DHL, UPS, FedEx, or TNT EXPRESS. Please refrain from choosing the "Postal Service" offered by some of these shipping companies, as it may cause complications due to the diverse customs regulations in various countries. If an unapproved shipment method is used, resulting in failure to return the product to us within 15 business days, we regret that we cannot guarantee a refund. We understand the challenges associated with dealing with bureaucracies and sincerely appreciate your understanding and patience.

If, due to limited quantities, we are unable to fulfil your request for new sizes or other requirements, we will be responsible for issuing a refund within 14 days. However, if you insist on returning the goods, please note that you will be responsible for all shipping and associated costs.

Please note that we DO NOT accept returns or exchanges for customised items.

The refund process will be initiated within 14 days at the latest, starting from the date we acknowledge receipt of the returned Products, provided that these Products are deemed compliant after undergoing our quality control procedures.
