Our return and exchange policy is as follows:

1. For all return/exchange products, we kindly request that they be sent back in their original packaging. Please include your name, contact information, refund amount, and a brief reason for the exchange/return, which will greatly assist us in processing your request.
2. Returns will be accepted within 7 days of your receipt of the order, provided the product is intact in its original packaging.
3. Exchanges will also be honoured within 7 days of your receipt of the order, provided the products are intact in their original packaging.
4. If the return/exchange is due to a quality issue, A. A. Spectrum 光谱 will cover the shipment fee, and we kindly ask you to inform us within 7 days of receiving the order. For other returns/exchanges, the customer will be responsible for the shipping.
5. When returning an item to us, we request using standard services provided by DHL, UPS, FedEx, or TNT EXPRESS. Please refrain from choosing the "Postal Service" offered by some of these shipping companies, as it may cause complications due to the diverse customs regulations in various countries. If an unapproved shipment method is used, resulting in failure to return the product to us within 15 business days, we regret that we cannot guarantee a refund. We understand the challenges associated with dealing with bureaucracies and sincerely appreciate your understanding and patience.

If, due to limited quantities, we are unable to fulfill your request for new sizes or other requirements, we will be responsible for issuing a refund within 14 days. However, if you insist on returning the goods, please note that you will be responsible for all shipping and associated costs.
Please note that we DO NOT accept returns or exchanges for customised items.

The refund process will be initiated within 14 days at the latest, starting from the date we acknowledge receipt of the returned Products, provided that these Products are deemed compliant after undergoing our quality control procedures.

A confirmation email will be sent upon receipt of the returned Products and completion of the refund process.

Please be advised that only you, as the original purchaser, have the exclusive right to exercise the right of withdrawal. Should you request the delivery of the order to a third party, the consignee of the order will not have the right to exercise this withdrawal right.

When returning items from outside China, it is possible that import duties may be imposed. These duties are levied upon the parcel's arrival in the destination country, and it is the responsibility of the customers to handle them. Kindly be advised that any applicable import duties related to your return will be deducted from your refund.
