1. ORDERING ONLINE
1.1 Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
We highly advise setting up an account to facilitate your order placement, even though, this is not compulsory. Creating an account adds the convenience of easily tracking orders and storing details for fast checkouts in future transactions.
1.2 How will I know if you received my order?
Upon placing an order with us, you will receive an order confirmation sent to your registered email address. In the event that you do not receive the order confirmation, kindly reach out to our email : order@aaspectrum.com for assistance.
2. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
2.1 Where do you ship to?
We deliver worldwide.
If your delivery address is in a remote location, such as certain outlying islands or isolated areas, we may not be able to deliver to that address. If this is the case, we will notify you before accepting your order. Please note that orders cannot be delivered to P. O. boxes or similar addresses.
2.2 Can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will promptly receive an email confirming the shipping details, including the tracking number. With this information in hand, you can conveniently check the current status of your shipment through the logistics company's website using the provided tracking number.
2.3 How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Upon receipt of your order, please allow 1-2 working days for processing. Once the shipment is dispatched, the delivery time will vary between 5-7 working days, depending on the destination country.
Please note that the above shipping times do not include Chinese public holidays. In the event of public holidays, the shipping time will be extended accordingly. If such a situation arises, we will promptly notify you via email of any potential changes that may occur.
2.4 Is my package insured?
Unless customers have special requests to insure the purchased goods, your package is not insured. If you have a specific insurance requirement, please inform us via email at order@aaspectrum.com, and we will consider how to meet your needs.
2.5 Do I need to pay Duties and Tax for international shipments?
For purchases of goods valued at €200 or more, our pricing includes shipping costs, customs clearance fees, and value-added tax (VAT).
For purchases of goods valued at less than €200, our pricing does not include shipping costs. The shipping fee for such purchases is €15, which covers shipping costs, customs clearance, and VAT.
For countries outside of China, you, as the purchaser of the products, are considered the importer. Consequently, you may be subject to local taxes, import duties, or other governmental levies. A. A. Spectrum 光谱 does not assume responsibility for these charges, has no control over them, and cannot predict their amount.
2.6 Can I change my shipping address after my order has been dispatched?
Once the goods are shipped, you can not change your address.
3. PAYMENTS
3.1 What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal as payment methods.
3.2 In which currency will I be charged?
Although our retail prices are indicated in Euros, we accept payment in either Euros or US Dollars. The exchange rate between these two currencies will be based on the rate on the day of payment.
4. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
4.1 How do I return or exchange an item?
For all return/exchange products, we kindly request that they be sent back in their original packaging. Please include your name, contact information, refund amount, and a brief reason for the exchange/return, which will greatly assist us in processing your request.
Returns will be accepted within 7 days of your receipt of the order, provided the product is intact in its original packaging.
Exchanges will also be honoured within 7 days of your receipt of the order, provided the products are intact in their original packaging.
If the return/exchange is due to a quality issue, A. A. Spectrum 光谱 will cover the shipment fee, and we kindly ask you to inform us within 7 days of receiving the order. For other returns/exchanges, the customer will be responsible for the shipping.
When returning an item to us, we request using standard services provided by DHL, UPS, FedEx, or TNT EXPRESS. Please refrain from choosing the "Postal Service" offered by some of these shipping companies, as it may cause complications due to the diverse customs regulations in various countries. If an unapproved shipment method is used, resulting in failure to return the product to us within 15 business days, we regret that we cannot guarantee a refund. We understand the challenges associated with dealing with bureaucracies and sincerely appreciate your understanding and patience.
If, due to limited quantities, we are unable to fulfil your request for new sizes or other requirements, we will be responsible for issuing a refund within 14 days. However, if you insist on returning the goods, please note that you will be responsible for all shipping and associated costs.
Please note that we DO NOT accept returns or exchanges for customised items.
The refund process will be initiated within 14 days at the latest, starting from the date we acknowledge receipt of the returned Products, provided that these Products are deemed compliant after undergoing our quality control procedures.
A confirmation email will be sent upon receipt of the returned Products and completion of the returned process.
Please be advised that only you , as the original purchaser, have the exclusive right to exercise the right of withdrawal. Should you request the delivery of the order to a third party, the consignee of the order will not have the right to exercise this withdrawal right.
4.2 I have received a faulty product, what should I do?
If you receive a faulty product, please contact our customer care team within 1 working day at the following email address: order@aaspectrum.com. We will conduct a thorough investigation and communication regarding the item you received via email.
4.3 When will I receive my refund?
The refund process will be initiated within 14 days at the latest, starting from the date we acknowledge receipt of the returned Products, provided that these Products are deemed compliant after undergoing our quality control procedures.
