Xiangyun Linen | Natural Plant-Dyed Fabric Information
This fabric is made with natural fibers and dyed with Dioscorea cirrhosa using a traditional sun-dyeing process. Please note the following natural characteristics:
Slight color release may occur during the first wash and will gradually reduce after 2–3 separate washes. This is normal and not a quality issue.
Contact with water, perspiration or friction may cause slight color transfer. Please take care when wearing it with light-colored clothing or bags.
Uneven color, color variations, natural slubs, pulled threads or irregular yarns may naturally occur due to the fibers and traditional dyeing process.
Do not cut off natural slubs. Gently move them to the reverse side of the fabric.
Care Instructions
Hand wash separately in cold water with a neutral detergent. Rinse gently without rubbing.
Brown or dark-colored water may appear during washing due to natural surface dye.
Dry in the shade. Do not expose to direct sunlight or tumble dry.
Do not use soap, alkaline detergent or bleach.
Please note: Natural hand-dyed fabrics have unique colors and textures, so each garment may vary slightly. Please consider carefully before purchasing if you are concerned about colour release, colour transfer, natural colour variations or irregularities in the fabric.
Styling Advice
When the fabric is damp or exposed to perspiration, friction against light-colored clothing may cause slight color transfer.
Avoid pairing this garment with white or other light-colored clothing.
These are natural characteristics of plant-dyed fabric and are not considered quality defects.
